Career & Experience
Ermina began her career in the legal field as a Legal Administrator, gaining hands-on experience in the daily operations of a law firm and building a solid foundation in the procedural and practical aspects of litigation. Upon completing her LLB and qualifying as a lawyer, she continued her professional development with leading law firms in Cyprus, where she worked on demanding cases and strengthened her expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
Today, as the founder of her own law firm, she leads a dynamic practice driven by dedication, professionalism and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible results for her clients. Highly ambitious and continuously evolving, Ermina is recognised for her strategic thinking and her ability to navigate complex disputes with clarity, precision and confidence.
An experienced civil litigator, she has a proven track record in property, banking, and family law disputes. She has represented clients in complex property litigation, including developer–purchaser disputes, securing both favourable settlements and successful court judgments.
In the banking sector, she has represented borrowers in Swiss Franc mortgage claims and made legal history in Cyprus as the first lawyer to obtain a court decision reducing a bank’s claim in a CHF loan case by €430,000 in favour of the borrowers.
She also has extensive experience in family law, handling sensitive and high-conflict matters involving child custody, maintenance/alimony claims, divorce proceedings and family property disputes, always with a strong focus on protecting the best interests of the child and achieving balanced, practical solutions.
In addition, she has successfully obtained interim court orders on behalf of her clients, including freezing orders against bank accounts, shares and assets of companies and individuals, in a wide range of cases involving corporate litigation, property related claims and family property disputes.
Beyond courtroom advocacy, Ermina, as a Certified and duly registered Mediator and Arbitrator, frequently assists clients in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring practical, cost-effective and time-efficient outcomes.
