Cyprus Category F Visa
Updated: January 19, 2026
The Cyprus Category F Visa is a permanent residence permit for non-Cyprus nationals who can demonstrate a secured annual income from abroad of at least €9,568. This income must be sufficient to support the applicant and their dependents without employment in Cyprus.
No investment is required — a simple rental agreement is enough for the application.
As of January 2026, processing times cannot be estimated. The Migration Department continues to examine applications submitted in 2020. Applications are still accepted under the usual eligibility criteria.
Applicants must hold a temporary residence permit while their Category F application is pending.
